  • The warranty period is Mentioned on each product page.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of order.
  • The customer needs to send product packing and all accessories of the product/s for a warranty claim, anything missing will result in the rejection of the warranty claim its brand’s policy please cooperate.
  • Warranty will be claimed and sent back to the customer within 14 working days starting from the day we receive the product from the customer. The warranty claim period may exceed above mentioned days if there is a delay from the brand, normally it happens when the brand doesn’t have the product in stock for replacement.
  • Customers can ship products via any trusted courier only, NO drop-off option is possible for online orders. 
  • Courier charges to send products for warranty will be borne by the customer however we will bear the charges for claimed products under warranty except for large and bulky items for which we will charge the customer half of the courier charges remaining will be bear by Playtech.
  • No warranty claim for Damaged and Burnt Products.
  • The warranty Claim process depends on the Brands they have the right to reject or accept a warranty we cannot do anything regarding this if the brand rejects the warranty.
