- Customers can return or request for replacement if the product not receive as advertised.
- The customer can get a 100% full refund within 4 working days after Playtech receives the product from the customer.
- Customers need to send back products to Playtech for return/replacement via courier only also customers can request for reimbursement of courier charges from Playtech.
- Customers should return all accessories and freebies with the product’s original box in its original condition for return/replacement.
Any missing accessory, Freebie, or box will result in rejection of return/replacement.
- Return/Replacements are not applicable on dislike or change of mind please read product details before buying.
- Return/replacement is not applicable if the product is unsealed by the customer and facing issues due to compatibility, please read the product details and combability details before you order.
- Customers should not place any tape or write anything on the product`s box or accessory or product itself.
- Products Under Warranty can only be replace and return according to warranty policy of that brand. please check warranty terms and conditions page for more information.
- Playtech Reserve the right to reject and accept any return and replacement request. the final decision will be made by senior management in case of any dispute.
- Failing to comply with terms and conditions will result in the rejection of the return/replacement.
